Wireless rain sensor installed to keep your system off during periods of rain and to avoid system damage.

Sprinkler Repairs & Maintenance Programs

Our installations are designed to have minimal future repair costs. With wires and pipeline buried a minimum of 10 inches, this will help avoid costly wire cuts and pipe damage.

Backflow Testing

JBM Landscape & Irrigation offers testing by Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) licensed inspectors. Please call us with your annual backflow device inspection requests and we will take care of it!

Winterization

Before any major freezing event, our team will proactively visit your community and perform a proper winterization on all irrigation components. We continue to monitor the weather and keep systems winterized during the dormant season offering our communities water savings. All systems are returned to service as soon as the warm Spring weather returns!

Freeze Damage Repair

For those without a maintenance plan that forgot to drain and winterize, JBM Landscape & Irrigation offers freeze damage repair services. We can repair damaged backflow preventors and broken pipes quickly and affordably.
